C to It by CoValence is loaded with anti-aging properties, which the company says proves that it is still possible to have youthful looking skin without taking drastic measures. Due to the extremely high levels of vitamin C, from many different sources, as well as natural botanicals, CoValence says this lotion has been shown to leave skin clear, soothed and smooth. 

The antioxidant properties of the C to It Lotion are many. There are four main ingredients at work that collaboratively help to clear and protect the skin. The first ingredient is 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid, a multi-function Vitamin C derivative that possesses a whitening effect, which helps to reduce pesky dark spots.It also acts as a free radical scavenger and increases collagen synthesis, giving the skin a more plump appearance. The second ingredient is Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate, another derivative of vitamin C that is water-soluble. It also stimulates collagen production and has melanin-inhibiting properties. The third ingredient is Thiotaine, a natural antioxidant and amino acid that helps to prevent damage caused by UV radiation; It also amazingly recycles vitamin C and ensures efficient energy production. The fourth antioxidant ingredient is Myrciaria Dubia Extract, more commonly known as Camu Camu Fruit Extract, which is a shrub found in the Amazon Rainforest. It is known for its high vitamin C content, and helps fight free radicals in order to keep the skin protected and healthy. 

Once the skin is cleared of aging debris, brightened and rejuvenated, the focus then turns to firming and tightening the skin. There are two major contributors to this step. The first ingredient is Matrixyl Synthe’6, a wrinkle-filler derived from tripeptide, which smooths wrinkles from the inside out. It does this by stimulating the synthesis of the macromolecules in the outer layers of skin, which are needed for strengthening structure. The second ingredient is ProCitristem, made from Citrus Aurantium Dulcis Extract, more commonly known as Orange Callus Extract. This ingredient helps organize and add density to skin structure by increasing collagen. ProCitristem also improves elasticity of the skin, increases skin firmness, and diminishes wrinkles, leaving the skin appearing smooth, tight, and clear.
